Manchester alternative icons Bauer return to play an intimate hometown show featuring tracks for their acclaimed electro synthpop albums “Sleeping Giant” and “Impossible Is Nothing”. Support on the evening comes from the excellent “Weimar” who have been recently ripping up the local live scene with their very own brand angular post punk / goth stylings.

Weimar’s music covers an eclectic range of influences ranging from post-punk to cabaret, chanson, torch songs and experimental rock, with lyrics born of a fascination with the murkier and seamier sides of culture and history plus the still current need for retaliation and expression in the face of oppression.

Weimar are currently gigging regularly whilst recording their debut album, tentatively scheduled for release in Spring 2020.
