Stoke-on-Trent-based purveyors of melodramatic indie rock celebrate the release of their forthcoming third extended player. Take Wilco jams, top with huge Elbow choruses and spread over scatty Radiohead-inspired beats.

Stormy indie rock inspired by the skies of the north west. Intense kraut-ish grooves a la Deerhunter coupled with the infectious hooks of Manchester indie pop luminaries the Smiths and Inspiral Carpets.

The Mind at Large

In early 2014 Tez Skachill started working and performing with the prolific songwriter Alex Tadros, supplying accompaniment to Alex’s material with lead guitar and backing vocals. The duo was joined by the talented drummer Amir Rahimzadeh in early September and the band ‘The Mind At Large’ was born. In mid 2015, the band was completed with the addition of the inspiring bassist Marco Ferrari.

Fighting Caravans

“A tacky disco meets a last-mile wake”. Brooding blues rock outfit from Leeds, melding QOTSA-inspired riffs with Bad Seeds swagger.
