The band that brought you the hits EAT MY GOAL (1996) and… EAT MY GOAL (1998) are back! Collapsed Lung, brit-hop iconoclasts and pranksters (established 1992) return to Manchester with their freewheeling, genre-hopping, social-commenting, huge beat-having hip hop fusion.

After storming the Academy 2 last year, opening for Cud and Pop Will Eat Itself, they’ve been gagging to do their first Manchester headline show since [checks notes] 1996! And here it is, in an early Festive Season visit to the renowned Gullivers.

Since re-activating in 2015 they’ve released two DIY masterpieces – 2019s ZERO HOURS BAND, and 2023s COLLAPSED LUNG WEEKEND TELEVISION. Have they grown up? Not necessarily. But the beats and lyrics are definitely harder and angrier respectively.

Special guests are DRAGON WELDING – the duo of Andy Golding (guitarist and co-songwriter in The Wolfhounds) and Manchester transplant Nik Cockshott on vocals. Electro beats, wild guitars, sardonic lyrics and vocals. They’ve got you!
