Flat Plastic Presents Indian Queens

Please note this is an 18+ event

INDIAN QUEENS
Hackney Wick is one of London’s forgotten areas.

Part of East London’s sprawling network of streets, warehouses, and council estates, it’s within sight of the Olympic stadium but hasn’t quite inherited its legacy.

New three-piece Indian Queens grew up in Hackney Wick, and have watched it change around them.

There’s this feeling of finding beauty in the unexpected running through their music – too abrasive to be labelled dream pop, a remarkable fusion of the soothing and the shocking.

Snapped up by Bella Union, Indian Queens recently dropped their debut single ‘Us Against The World’.

LAVENDER
Hard-hitting, atomic groove rock that offers the best means of both contemplating and freeing oneself from the burdens of the impending apocalypse. Authentic, iridescent and genre-fluent with a turn at every corner.
